On 03/13/2026 at 11:50 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Doidge arrived unannounced to conduct a health and safety check. LPA met with Administrator Victoria Puruganan and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA toured the facility including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, common area, kitchen, and outdoor area. There was sufficient supply of perishable and nonperishable foods.
LPA also verified with Administrator Victoria Puruganan that on March sixth the notices to all responsible parties and residents was sent out.
Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
