Facility Evaluation Report
On 05/21/2025 at 12:10 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Doidge arrived unannounced to conduct 1-Year Annual Required Inspection. LPA met with Kathleen McLean Interim Executive Director. and explained the purpose of visit.
LPA toured facility including but not limited to: activity rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and the outside area. Clients bring their own lunches and snacks are provided by the program. Emergency supplies, including water were observed. The hot water temperature in the kitchen measured 119 degrees Fahrenheit. Cleaning supplies are locked and inaccessible to clients. Medications are not handled/dispensed by this program. There are no bodies of water or fire safety hazards observed. Restrooms are maintained in safe and in sanitary operating condition, and additional equipment for the physically handicapped was observed.
Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide were in operating condition during visit. Fire extinguishers throughout facility were last inspected 08/27/2024. First aid kit was checked and observed to be complete.
LPA reviewed five (5) artist records and Five (5) staff records; all were complete.
Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report provided.
