Facility Evaluation Report
On 08/03/2026 at 10:15 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Doidge arrived unannounced to conduct the Required Annual Inspection. LPA met with Quality Assurance Manager Robin Joseph and explained the purpose of the visit. Executive Director Amanda Eicher arrived at 10:45 AM.
LPA toured the facility including but not limited to activity rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, office space, and the outside recreational area. Participants bring their own lunches and snacks. Emergency supplies, including water, were observed. The hot water temperature in a shared bathroom was measured at 114 degrees Fahrenheit. Room temperature measured at 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Cleaning supplies are locked and inaccessible to participants. There were no bodies of water or fire safety hazards observed. Restrooms are maintained in safe and in sanitary operating condition. Additional equipment for the physically handicapped was observed. The facility is free of odors.
Emergency Disaster Plan was last posted on 01/29/2026. Emergency disaster drills are conducted monthly; last conducted on 07/30/2026. The carbon monoxide and smoke detectors were fully operational. Multiple first aid kits were observed to be complete.
LPAs reviewed five (5) residents records and five (5) staff records; all were complete.
