Facility Evaluation Report
On 11/21/2025 at 8:55 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) P. Manalo arrived announced to conduct an annual required inspection and met with Administrator Pamela Sloan. The facility is vendorized by the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB). The facility does not have any client yet.
During the visit, LPA inspected the facility inside and out including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, etc. Hot water temperature measured at 117.3 degrees Fahrenheit. Fire extinguisher was observed to be full and last purchased 11/20/2025. Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors is in operational during the visit. The facility is observed to be clean and odor free. First aid kit was observed to be complete.
