On this day, July 17, 2026, at 10:22 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Delmundo arrived unannounced to deliver the amended report for complaint # 15-AS-20230801150316. LPA met with Business Office Director (BOD) Rickie Wattanakasaem who stated Executive Director (ED) Joseph Villanueva is on the way. ED arrived at 10:40 am. LPA explained the purpose of the visit.
On this same day, LPA obtained copy of current LIC500 Personnel Report.
Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report and amended complaint report provided.
