On this day, December 19, 2025, at 3:15 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Delmundo arrived unannounced to conduct inspection to ensure the health and safety of residents. LPA met with staff, Joan Acob, and informed the reason for visit. Roselyn Chand, administrator (ADM). arrived at arounf 4:00 pm.
LPA conducted inspection and observed adequate supplies of perishables and non-perishable food. Facility has running water and electricity. There are 4 staff (2 caregivers, a med-tech and 2 kitchen staff) on-duty and LPA conducted interviews.
