On 6/30/2025, at 10:45 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) James Sampair arrived unannounced to conduct this Continuation of the Required 1 Year inspection began 6/16/2025. Upon entry, the LPA informed Caregivers Lillybeth Nagata and Aaron Salvado of the purpose of the visit. Licensee / Administrator Sharon Aranha arrived at approximately 11:00 AM.
The LPA confirmed the safety of the facility. The LPA reviewed 4 staff records.
No citations were issued during the inspection.
