Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Enforcement Analyst (EA) Megan Vigil conducted a virtual visit via email for the purpose of completing the required biennial visit with the Licensee, Gennyfie Aratan.

The EA verified that the license was properly posted, observed the operation of the business, and confirmed compliance with insurance requirements. All requested documentation was provided and reviewed.The Licensee verified that the Home Care Organization does not currently have any clients or home care aides. The Licensee also stated they are currently out of the country for an extended period due to a family situation. As a result, the Home Care Organization's operations are temporarily on hold until the Licensee returns and is able to resume business operations.

The Home Care Organization (HCO) was found to be in compliance with applicable Health and Safety Code requirements. No deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted, and copies of the 809 Facility Evaluation Report, 859 Staff Records Review Report, and appeal rights information were provided via email.
