LPA Hiratsuka, conducted this unannounced annual visit. LPA wore a surgical mask. LPA observed staff wearing masks.
LPA toured the facility with Administrator Scott Terry. LPA toured the physical plant portion. Due to time constraints LPA is going to return to complete the visit.
