Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renee Campbell arrived unannounced to conduct an annual inspection. LPA Campbell met with Brandi Vargas, Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.
The facility is a one story building consisting of three bedrooms and is licensed to serve 6 non-ambulatory residents who are 60 years of age and over. There is also a hospice waiver for six. As observed by LPA Campbell, there are currently three clients residing in the facility.
LPA Campbell toured the facility and inspected common areas, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and backyard areas to ensure there are no safety hazards for residents. Furniture and furnishings were sufficient to meet the needs of residents. The facility temperature was 76 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the required range of 68 and 85 degrees. The facility's water temperature measured 113 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the required range of 105 and 120 degrees. The backyard was toured by LPA Campbell and pathways and exits were found to be clear.
