Facility Evaluation Report
On 05/07/2025, Licensing Programming Analyst (LPA) Renee Campbell arrived to the facility unannounced regarding an annual inpsection. LPA Campbell met with Jatinder Dhillon, Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.
Per the administrator, the census for the facility is two. Neither client wants to attend day program at this time. Client files indicate that the residents are able to ambulate without assistance and are capable of seeing to their own cash resources.
LPA Campbell toured the facility and inspected common areas, the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and backyard areas to ensure there are no safety hazards for residents. Furniture and furnishings were sufficient to meet the needs of residents. The facility temperature was 74 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the required range of 68 and 85 degrees. The facility's water temperature measured 111 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the required range of 105 and 120 degrees. The backyard was toured by LPA Campbell and pathways and exits were found to be clear. Window screens were intact and free of holes or tears.
LPA Campbell observed first aid supplies that contained scissors, tweezers and thermometer.
