LPA met with Designated Administrator Johanna Moon. Administrator (ADM) Jasmine Latu is out of the office.
No deficiencies were cited during today's visit per California Code of Regulations, Title 22. An Exit Interview was conducted with Designated Administrator Johanna Moon and a signed copy of this report and amended complaint 26-AS-20250623094647 were provided.
