Licensing Program Analyst Marcela Yanez conducted a unannounced Case Management visit. LPA announced the purpose of the visit and met with Prunella Cardozo, Administrator.
On 07/18/25 the department received a incident report that occurred on 07/17/25 regarding an altercation between previous resident and a current resident.
LPA interviewed ADM regarding the incident.
LPA determined that the above incident requires further investigation. No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22.
This report was reviewed with Administrator Prunella Cardozo and a copy of the report was provided.
