Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Case Management visit and met with Administrator (ADM) Abraham Longoria.
During visit, LPA Marrufo obtained copies of resident and staff records.
LPA Marrufo advised ADM that a department investigator may be following up with the facility to conduct further investigation.
No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. This report was reviewed with Administrator Abraham Longoria and a copy of the report was provided.
