Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Required - 1 Year visit and met with Abraham Longoria.

During visit, LPA Marrufo toured the facility inside and out. LPA toured the facility bathroom and observed there to be available soap and paper towels. The water temperature in the bathroom sink measured at 119 F.

LPA toured the main activity area. LPA toured the outdoor exits and found them to be clear of obstructions.

LPA observed the first aid kit and observed it to be complete.

LPA reviewed facility records. The smoke detector system was last inspected on 10/16/2025. The last disaster drill was recorded on 10/29/2025.

LPA reviewed 1 out of 1 resident record and 5 staff records and found them to be complete.

No deficiencies were cited during visit as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. This report was reviewed with Abraham Longoria and a copy of this report was provided.
