LPA Johnson and Lund was made aware by incident report that on 12-03-2025, a staff was alleged to have touch a resident inappropriately.
There were no findings regarding this incident and the staff and resident are cleared by the regional to be in the same care home without restrictions.
R1 is currently back at the facility and is being monitored with additional support.
There is a meeting with VMRC for 1/15/2026. Not related to this incident.
