APPLIICATION ERROR WITH FAS: LPA JORDAN DID ANNUAL INSPECTION ON 06/16/2022, NO ANNUAL COULD BE FOUND IN FAS. LPA CALDERON WILL REWRITE LPA JORDON REPORT FOR THIS ANNUAL

On 06/16/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jade Jordon made an unannounced visit to Paramount Learning Center (ADP) located at 6458 Paramount Blvd Long Beach CA. The purpose of todays visit was to conduct an annual inspection, with an emphasis on infection control. LPA was met by Program director LaShawn Jenkins.

As a part if today’s inspection LPA reviewed infection control measure. The facility is licensed for a capacity of 27. The facilities are currently providing services virtually and on site. The LPA and the Program Director toured the entire facility. The property consists of 1 large building with 5 large activity areas a computer Lab, Nurse office, management office, kitchen and (1) Male and (1) female restroom. 1 large outside patio for outdoor activities and parking.
