On December 30, 2024 at 8:40 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Zina Brown conducted an unannounced health and safety check to follow up on a incident that occurred on December 21, 2024.
During today visit we met with Jolanda Cartridge (Administrator) and explained the purpose of the visit.
During today's visit, LPA conducted interviews with (1) Administrator, (1) staff and (1) client.
The client who was involved in the incident refused to be interviewed during the unannounced visit.
Due to insufficient information available at this time a further investigation is needed.
