On August 26, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Eboni Bentley conducted a case management deficiency visit unrelated to allegations of complaint #22-AS-20250819161759
During the complaint visit, LPA tested water temperature and observed the water temperature measure at 129.3 degrees F in the main bathroom used by residents. Licensee stated they plan to purchase new water heater.
A deficiency was cited by Title 22 Division 8 Chapter 8.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report, LIC809-D, and appeal rights was provided to Licensee Geisel Sanchez at exit.
