The inspector’s account

LPA Mendivil observed the food storage and did not observe any expired or spoiled food.

Per staff, staff stated that grocery shopping occurs twice per month, where they stock a large room of supplies. Based on LPA observation the facility retains a minimum of 2 day perishables and 7 day non-perishables.

Therefore based on the preponderance of evidence through observations and interviews the allegation Facility did not ensure client was provided food of good quality is determined to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.

No deficiencies cited. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report this report was left at the facility.
