The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Celine De Perio and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Sheila Santos conducted an unannounced case management visit at the facility and explained to facility administrator (AD) Marjan Arastoo about the purpose of the visit.

LPA and LPM discussed with AD Arastoo and and Assistant Administrator Abdol regarding the Non-Compliance Conference (NCC) held on 5/10/22.

During this visit, LPA and LPM verified the compliance plan in reference to the Department staff conducting additional visits.

For today's visit, no citations were issued.

An exit interview was conducted with AD Arastoo. A copy of this report was provided and explained.
