Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samer Haddadin conducted an unannounced visit to the facility and was granted entry by Sonya Tatunts. The purpose of the visit was to obtain additional relevant documentation and conduct further interviews regarding a prior complaint (Complaint Number 22-AS-20250522090334).
