Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sam Haddadin conducted an unannounced Required – One Year Inspection. Upon arrival, LPA met with Administrator (AD) Liberty Del Cesiello and explained the purpose of the visit.The facility is a one-story residence consisting of six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached garage used for storage. All resident bedrooms were inspected and observed to be properly furnished with a bed, chair, and clean linens. Adequate storage space was available, and no tripping hazards were noted. The kitchen was clean and in good repair, with all major appliances in working condition. Knives and other sharps were secured and inaccessible to residents in care.The exterior of the facility was well maintained. Pathways were unobstructed, the grounds were free of hazards, and outdoor furnishings were in good condition. A shaded seating area was available for resident use. The fire extinguisher was fully charged, with the gauge indicator in the green zone. Hot water temperature was measured at 111.6 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the regulatory range. Facility records indicated that an emergency drill had not been conducted.The facility maintained an adequate supply of food, consisting of at least two days of perishable items and seven days of nonperishable items. A review of resident files revealed no discrepancies. Staff records were complete and contained all required documentation.
Based on today’s inspection and observations, no deficiencies were cited in accordance with Title 22, Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to the facility.
