Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hiratsuka conducted this unannounced annual visit. LPA met with Director Jeanne Marliese Bankert. This program has two buildings that are across from each other with a parking lot in between. LPA toured the program with Mrs. Bankert including classrooms, art room, offices, space to rest/relax, bathrooms, art gallery, etc. The program spends a lot of time out in the community. The program has a 15 passenger van.

The facility appears to be safe, clean, well furnished and pleasant. Smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

At this time, the program is in substantial compliance with the regulations.
