LPA Hiratsuka arrived to conducted this unannounced annual visit at 9:15am. LPA toured this facility with Jeffery Cook, Administrator.
This facility in one building. The building has two toilets and a sink. There is a large common room, a computer room, and a loft area in the large common area. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the large common area. It is well maintained. There are storage cabinets for the clients. This facility is on a farm.
The clients are currently on a trip and not present during this visit.
