Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Valeria Conway arrived unannounced to conduct a one year required annual at 9:02 a.m. The last annual conducted at this facility was on 04/27/2023. Upon arrival, the LPA was greeted at the door by Licensee Liana Aidinova. The Administrator, Salbi Aidinova arrived shortly after and the reason for the visit was explained. Entrance interview conducted.
At 9:45 p.m., the LPA along with Licensee toured the physical plant areas inside and outside to ensure there are no health and safety hazards and facility is in compliance with Title 22 Regulations.
Kitchen: At 9:56 LPA hot water was measured at 116.1 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of the visit. The facility has a sufficient supply of non-perishable and perishable food items. Knives and sharps are stored in a locked cabinet adjacent to the dining room. Facility has a portable carbon monoxide detector install on the kitchen’s wall, it was tested and was operational at the time of the visit.
Common areas: Living and dining room furniture were observed to be in good condition. At 10:09 a.m., hard wired smoke detectors were tested and were operational at the time of the visit. The LPA observed required postings throughout the common spaces. The fire extinguisher was charged and serviced on 01/24/2024. A first aid kit and manual were observed in the kitchen area.
Garage/Outdoor: The garage is kept unlocked at all times. The washer and dryer are located inside the garage. Cleaning supplies and disinfectants are stored in a locked cabinet inaccessible to clients. The backyard has a covered outdoor area equipped with furniture for client use. The side gates (2) were self-closing and latched. No bodies of water noted at the time of visit. Emergency water and food was observed at the time of the visit.
