Facility Evaluation Report

LPA approached the facility and observed two vehicles in the driveway. One White Tesla Model 3 and one Dark Grey Toyota compact sedan, however, facility shares parking area with other property. LPA knocked on the door several times but to no avail. LPA contacted the Licensee Cheryl stated she is in the Philippines for a family emergency. Licensee stated facility does not have any residents at the time as they are currently waiting for Regional Center approval to begin housing.
