The inspector’s account

Administrator and staff interviewed denied the allegation and stated that all staff get equal treatment and facility does not discriminate based on religious background or other criteria. It was alleged that a client was not disciplined when caught selling drugs and only because that client shares the same religious background as Administrator. Administrator stated that any disciplinary action taken against any client is confidential and not disclosed to no other clients. It is alleged that Administrator pays one client $20 to do task around the facility. Staff stated that some clients ask to help and are given appropriate tasks. They claim that it helps them with their mental state and that they are not paid. LPA interviewed 18 clients and 18 of 18 clients interviewed could not corroborate the allegation.18 of 18 of the clients interviewed stated that they get equal treatment and have never heard of any client getting special treatment based on religious background.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
