Regional Manager'(s) (RM's) Araceli Ramirez and Benita Yates along with Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jose Villalobos, conducted a case management visit in regards to an incident reported on 4/20/22. RM's and LPA met with Administrator Yitzi Teichman and Consultant Santos Dominguez and the purpose of the visit was discussed.
During todays visit: RM's and LPA toured the physical plant and conducted a health and safety check. No immediate Health and Safety concerns were observed on todays visit. No deficiencies cited.
