Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elena Mallett conducted an unannounced Case Management visit to the facility to measure the water temperature in facility bathrooms. LPA met with Administrator Carolee Hazzard and the purpose of the visit was explained.
On today's visit LPA asked and obtained client and staff rosters and toured the physical plant. LPA did not observe any immediate health and safety concerns.
LPA measured the hot water temperature water in each of the six facility bathrooms and none of the bathrooms measured within Title 22 Regulations of 105-120F. A deficiency was cited on 809-D. The hot water temperature measured in each bathroom sink was as follows:
A deficiency was cited during today's visit Per Title 22. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Carolee Hazzard and a copy of this Licensing report was provided along with Appeal Rights.
