Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Home Care Services Bureau Enforcement Analyst (EA) Ryan Chan arrived at the business office of Hastings Homecare Corp on 10/01/25 for a biennial inspection. EA met with licensees Tony Reese and Madonna Reese. The proper posting of business hours and license was observed. The proof of insurance records were reviewed. EA was advised that they don't have any clients at this time and no home care aides. Upon completion of the file review EA discussed the findings of the inspection with both licensees and informed them no discrepancies were found.

EA Chan concluded the visit with an exit interview and provided a copy of this report to the licensees.
