At 12:35pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shira Stamps attempted an annual visit however no one was home. At 12:43pm and 12:49pm, LPA attempted to make contact with the Administrator and Licensee to appear for the visit however LPA was unsuccessful. LPA will attempt to conduct visit at a later time.
