Complaint Investigation Report

Regarding the allegation: Staff do not follow proper hand washing protocols before giving residents medications. It is alleged a staff member did not wash their hands when giving a client their medication. During interviews with staff, S1-S3 denied the allegation. During interviews with clients, one out of four clients confirmed this occurred and one client confirmed this did not occur.

Based on interviews, there is insufficient evidence to verify the allegation. The allegation is hereby unsubstantiated.

Exit interview conducted and a copy of the report was given.
