Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nicol Wesley conducted an unannounced Required 1 year inspection at the facility and met with Loridelle Jamero and explained the purpose for todays visit. During the visit Lucila Cox arrived and joined the visit. The facility phone number is 562 863 4869.

The facility consist of three resident bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, an a attached garage, an an outside area patio area for shade.

LPA Wesley conducted a complete tour of the facility, and observe the supply of food. Resident medications, and medication logs were reviewed. Last fire drill was conducted on 06/16/25. The smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detector are operable. LPA Wesley observed one fire extinguisher in the kitchen area. The water temperature was tested and measuring 106.2 degrees F. LPA Wesley reviewed 3 staff and 3 client files.
