Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariana Agban conducted a Case Management visit to amend 9099D investigation report issued on 05/30/25. LPA met with Administrator Jonathan Watts and explained the reason for the visit. LPA conducted a physical plant tour to ensure the health and safety of the clients are protected and the physical plant is in compliance with Title 22 Regulations.
