Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pamela Bunker conducted an unannounced case management visit.
LPA Bunker met with staff member Melissa Cortez and explained the purpose of today's visit. LPA was granted entry into the facility. The facility’s buildings and grounds were toured to observe and identify any signs of neglect, abuse, or other immediate health and safety threats. No signs of neglect or abuse were observed during today's visit.
During the visit, LPA Bunker spoke with Licensee Delores Davis via telephone. Ms. Davis stated that she is still making monthly payments and is sending documents to the Department by October 31, 2025.
