Facility Evaluation Report
On 01/29/2024, the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) – Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) staff conducted an unannounced Required – 1 Year Inspection to the above-named facility and met with Administrator, Morgan Dye. CCLD staff explained the purpose of the visit and was accompanied by a staff member inside and outside the facility during this inspection.
This facility is licensed to serve 25 adults ages 18 to 59 years old.
The facility paid their Annual Licensing fees on 01/27/2025.
A total of 31 clients are currently registered in this facility.
Facility Layout: The facility is a one-story building. The building consists of 3 office spaces, 2 classrooms, 2 toilet restrooms, 2 changing rooms, 1 large community room with kitchen area and storage area, and an outside patio area with shaded seating.
