On the above date, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Christine Wong conducted a 24 hours health and safety check. During the visit, LPAs toured the facility and observed the hot water temperature measured at Room#1, #4 and #11 between 1341 and 136.7 degrees F which is beyond the required 105 - 120 degrees.
According to the California Code of Regulations (Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8), LPA observed the following deficiency and issued a citation.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of the Facility Evaluation Report and Appeal Rights were provided to Administrator Peter Babaian
