Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tuesday Cabiness attempted to conduct an annual inspection. LPA arrived at the facility at 930am, and knocked on the front door and rang the door bell. LPA waited for a response and walked around the surrounding grounds. It was observed no-one was inside the property.
LPA attempted to contact the phone number listed on the facility profile and the number was disconnected. LPA also reviewed contact information in FAS and there was no current update as to if the facility is operating or has ceased. LPA emailed Administrator Mannie George to attempt to gather information pertaining to the facility. There was no response during the visit. LPA will follow-up during the week to attempt to contact the Administrator or Licensee regarding the status of operation.
On 09/28/2025, LPA received an email from CCF Administrator Rosalie Alejandro who informed LPA that Hamilton House has ceased operation. LPA will close out facility in department's internal database.
No exit interview conducted...copy of report will be emailed to current Administrator.
