by the Administrator that all staff do CPI training. It is a last resort and they will send in an SIR.
Said they can't lock Client C1 in her room. No way. She is high functioning.
Regional Center is aware of her behavior plan.
Parents had warned her that Client C1 fabricates about being hit.
Staff S1 stated that Client C1 has behaviors and is capable of doing anything. Staff knows how to handle her.
She is 1 on there is training on how to handle her. Never seen her locked up. Also doesn't think staff pushed her.
Stated that staff handles Client C1 really well with the 1 on 1 always next to her. When she stands up the 1 on 1 stands up.
Staff S2 stated that she Is 1 on 1 for Client C1. Stated she has never seen anyone hit her or heard of anyone. Alot of it is blocking her blows. There is no lock on her door.
Stated that Client C1 has made false allegations before and she is now.
LPA toured Client C1's room and observed there to be no locks on the door.
It should be noted that a previous complaint regarding physical abuse allegation of Client C1 was Unsubstantiated on 11/21/24.
In report by behaviorist dated 07/15/24 under the subject False Allegations it states that Client C1
has a history of making up an array of allegations that has been unverified in an effort to gain staff's attention or get a reaction from the person she is seeking attention from.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
In regards to the allegation Staff locked client in their room, based on interviews conducted and information gathered it was revealed by the Administrator who said they can't lock Client C1 in her room.
