On 12/09/2025, Regional Manager (RM) Brenda White, Licensing Program Manager (LPM), and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jimmy Duarte met with Licensee Jason Johnson at the Fresno Regional Office (FRO) for an Office Visit.
The purpose of this office visit is to follow up on the annual inspection.
During this meeting the following topics were discussed:
· Administrator Authority / Qualifications
Specifically, it was discussed that when a facility is fire cleared, it is cleared as is and prior to any alterations or modifications the Licensee shall notify the Department.
