On 10/29/2025 at 11:15 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) L. Alexander conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit and met with Caregiver, Jenny Lagana. LPA explained the purpose of the visit to Jenny Lagana. Jenny called Administrator, Albertina Camaclang, to inform. Administrator arrived at 12:40 PM.
On 10/21/2025 LPA conducted an annual inspection and cited deficiencies with POC due dates of 10/22/25, 10/24/25 and 10/28/25.
