Facility Evaluation Report
On 5/22/2025, at 1:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) James Sampair arrived unannounced to conduct this Required 1 Year inspection. The LPA informed Executive Director (ED) Kelli Greene of the purpose of this visit.
The LPA and ED inspected the inside and outside of the facility, which included the kitchen, dining room, common areas, bedrooms, and outside common areas. An adequate amount of food supplies were observed, more than the required minimum of 2 days of perishable and 7 days of non-perishable food.
The central storage for medications was locked. The cleaning supplies and dangerous objects were not accessible to residents. The Facility has working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
The staff of the facility conduct disaster / emergency and fire drills on a monthly basis. The fire extinguishers were serviced 12/26/2024. The indoor temperature was 73 degrees Fahrenheit and the maximum hot water temperature was 114 degrees Fahrenheit, both within the acceptable range.
No citation was issued during this inspection.
Required 1 Year inspection incomplete. LPA will return unannounced at a later date to complete inspection.
