Facility Evaluation Report

CCLD LPA (J. Clancy-Czuleger) came to the facility to discus if it is feasible to convert the day program into an emergency shelter when a natural disaster happens in the area. LPA met with Louise McClellan and explained the purpose of the visit.

LPA confirmed that the facility had shown an interest in being an emergency hub for their new location located at 2440 Stanwell Dr. Concord. Licensee explained that they have not been licensed at the new location yet and are interested in being a emergency meet up point for client and others in the community. LPA set up a time to visit the new location and to determine if it is feasible to convert the day program during emergencies.
