On 3/29/2023 at 10:40 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) L. Francisco and L. Alexander arrived unannounced for a Case Management to deliver amended report from visit on 10/15/2021. LPAs met with Administrator, Stewart Morris and explained the purpose of the visit.
