On 10/5/2021 at 11:00AM Licensing Program Analyst ( LPA ) L. Ibo conducted an unannounced follow up case management visit , LPA met with Administrator Stewart Morris. There were 2 residents at the facility during the visit, there are at least 7 days non-perishable and 2 days perishable food supplies. Per Administrator he will keep calling staffing agency for additional staffing this week. Per Administrator additional staffing will be at the facility starting 10/9/2021. LPA requested for an updated LIC500 to reflect staffing schedule.
