Staff did not treat resident with dignity
On 07/20/2022 at 9:20 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA), J. Clancy-Czuleger and G. Luk arrived unannounced to deliver complaint findings for the above allegation. LPA met with Gladys Enriquez, Administrator and explained the reason for the visit.
During the course of the investigation, LPA Jill Clancy-Czuleger interviewed Administrator, 3 residents, and 2 staff. Both of the staff memebers and the administrator stated that if a resident was asking for assistants they would stop what they were doing to assist if the sistuation was safe to do so. If not they would ask the resident to wait. Staff stated that the floors are moped twice a day and did not remember an incident of ignoring a resident.
Although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there are not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
